June 20—Italian Antipasti 12:00
Hosting a summer cocktail party, or just looking for some simple, light recipes to enjoy with your family and friends?  Join us for a class in Italian antipasti.  Fresh and flavorful we will prepare some classic recipes that are sure to become some of your favorite summer dishes.

July 11—Wine and food pairing 3:00 pm
Come and discuss the art of food and wine pairing.  We have selected eight amazing wines that we will serve with four food preparations, two wines with each dish.  Compare and contrast flavors, textures and the nuances of each wine with the paired foods.

July 25—Veal class 12:00 pm
Versatile and flavorful, veal is served as antipasto, with pasta, sauteed, roasted and braised.  Come and learn to how to purchase and prepare this amazing meat.  Also, Its complex flavors lend themselelve to pairing with some of the best in Italian wines.  We will sample several a few along with these amazing recipes

Aug 8—Three meals, one chicken.  12:00 pm
So you say you have no time to cook with your busy schedule?  Well, the noble chicken provides many opportunities for quick and flavorful meals.  Starting with a whole chicken, we will cut, stuff, saute, bake and boil 3 amazing meals and a few other recipes for you and your family to enjoy.

Aug 22—Shellfish cooking class 12:00 pm
Imagine a glass of crisp Orvieto with a plate of freshly shucked oysters.  Shellfish are some of the most exciting and unique foods available.  Grilled, sauteed, baked or served raw with a squeeze of lemon, come and enjoy some of our favorite shellfish recipes and preparations along with some amazing summer wines to match.

All events $50.00 plus tax and gratuity.
